Question:

What is considered a junked vehicle?
Answer:

A junked vehicle is defined as follows:
    1. Displays an expired license plate or
    2. Does not display a license plate or motor vehicle inspection certificate; and
    3. Is wrecked, dismantled or partially dismantled, or discarded; or
    4. Has remained inoperable for more than 72 consecutive hours on public property or 30 consecutive days on private property
     
This includes, but is not limited to cars, trucks, trailers, recreational vehicles, travel trailers, motorcycles, boats, and other watercraft.
