How may I obtain a copy of a vital record a: birth, death, marriage certificate?
Answer:
Certified copies of birth, death and marriage records may be obtained from the Office of the Town Clerk in person, during regular business hours or by mail. The fee for a certified copy of a vital record is $10.00 if the request is made in person, $12.00 if made by mail.
To obtain a copy by mail, include the name and date
of (marriage, death, birth). Please
make a check payable to the Town of Arlington ($12.00). Mail your request to:

We will try and mail out your certificate the same day we
receive your request.
