Animal Control Issues
| Report a dog/cat running at large, cruellty issue with a resident's pet, an animal that is causing a public nuisance condition in your neighborhood, an animal that is urinating or defecationg on your property, or nuisance wildlife.

Code Compliance Issues
| Report any issues related to City Code violations such as Tall Grass, Housing or Property issues, abandoned autos, etc. |

Curb
| Report any damaged curbs such as sunken/raised areas or broken concrete. |
|
|
Discolored Water / Water Issues
| Report brown water outside of the regular fire hydrant flushing schedule or water that is coming out of the ground. |

|
Driveway Apron
| Report any damages to driveway aprons such as broken concrete. This does not include homeowner installed ramps over the curb and apron additions constructed without a permit. |

|
Manhole / Utility Cover
| Report a loose, raised, or missing manhole / utility cover. For City of Bowie water meter issues, including covers, please use the Water Meter service request. |

Pot Hole / Street Repair
| Report any damages to a City Street such as a pot hole, sunken area, or large bump in the roadway.

Recycling Pickup Complaint

Refuse Pickup Complaint

Refuse/Recycling Supervisor Complaint
| Report any issues related to actions taken by a supervisor in reference to refuse or recycling pickup issues. |

Sewer Issues
| Report a sewer backup, odor, overflow, or other issues related to City of Bowie sewers. For City of Bowie sewer emergencies call (301) 262-6200. WSSC customers should call (301) 206-4002. |

Sidewalk
| Report any damage to sidewalks such as sunken/raised areas or broken concrete. |

Special Pickup Non Refrigerants
| Request a pickup of 90% metal items that do not contain refrigerants (i.e. Clothes washer, dryer, oven, grills without propane tanks, lawn mowers free of gas, etc.) and Tires (Limit 5 per year). Requests must be submitted prior to 12:00 pm Tueday for the next day's pickup (Wednesday) Items must be placed at the curb after 5:00 pm Tuesday of the day before pickup and before 7:00 am Wednesday. | Request a pickup of items containing refrigerants (i.e. Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, etc). Items must be placed at the curb after 5:00 pm Tuesday of the day before pickup and before 7:00 am Wednesday. View more information about scheduling special pickups. |

Stone Culvert
| Submit a request to have repairs made to a stone culvert at the entrance of a driveway. |

Storm Drains
| Report storm drains that need to be cleaned, have sink holes, or other issues. |

Street / Sign Graffiti
| Report graffiti on City of Bowie streets, signs, or light poles. |

Street Lights
| Report a street light outage, day burner, knockdown or other street light issue, please provide an address where the light is located and/or the street light pole number (located approximately 5' up pole, black on silver stickers). In order to complete the request for service the pole location address and/or pole number is required. |

Street Markings
| Report directional arrows, crosswalks, or street markings in need of repair on City of Bowie streets. |

Street Other
| Report issues with a street not covered by the other requests. |

Street Signs
| Report damaged or missing street sign, or request a sign to be installed on a City of Bowie street. |

Street Sweeping
| Request a City of Bowie street to be swept outside of it's regular seven (7) week schedule. |

Traffic Signal
| Report a traffic signal outage, flashing light, light out, timing, or any other issue related to a traffic signal. |
