In most cases, to obtain information on prices (bid tabs) that were bid on previous contracts, you need only submit your request via telephone or email to a Buyer.  In some instances; however, you may be required to submit an open records request to the City Secretary's Office on the first floor of City Hall before records may be released.   If you are unsure, simply contact any Purchasing Division Buyer.
