Building is being re-roofed without a permit. If you need to report that a building is being re-roofed without permits, select this service request.

Citizen commendation/comment/complaint for Police In an effort to assist our citizens when they have a concern, complaint, or commendation the City of Kent Police Department is offering you this tool to provide feedback and input.

Cross-Connection If you have a question or concern regarding the City of Kent Cross-Connection or Backflow Prevention program, please use this service request.
Dead Animal If you notice a dead animal in the road or sidewalk, select this request. Please note that the City of Kent only will recover wild animals. If this is a domesticated animal, i.e. a cat, dog, or livestock, please contact the Humane Society of King County at 425-641-0080.
Ditches and Culverts A ditch, culvert, or drain that is damaged, plugged, or covered by leaves.

Fence is falling down If you need to report a fence that is falling down or in poor condition, select this service request
Fence is over six feet in height. If you need to report a fence that was constructed higher than 6 feet without a building permit, select this service request.
Fencing If there is city-maintained fencing or gates that have been damaged or lieft unlocked, please select this request. If the fencing is in a park, please select the Park Maintenance request.

Hazardous Waste Spill If you notice a small oil, fuel, or otherwize hazardous waste spill, select this request. For major spills and/or spills caused by a recent traffic accident, please call 911. If you suspect a business is illegally dumping hazardous materials, please use the Private Drainage request.
Hydrant A damaged or open hydrant.
Illegal Parking Report illegal parking on the street
Incomplete Work If the City of Kent has recently completed some construction or maintenance work near your property or street and you have a complaint about the work performed, cleanliness of the work area, and/or notice work that may be incomplete, including sidewalk or roadway patches, select this request.
Intersection If you notice that an intersection needs maintenance, or notice that you can't see around a corner due to a vision obstruction, select this request.
Is there a temporary use permit for a fireworks stand. If you are requesting if a temporary use permit has been issued for a fireworks stand, select this service request.
Junk and/or inoperable vehicles parked on private property If you need to report junk/inoperable vehicles parked on private property select this service request
Large sign on the property or sign blocking sight view. If you need to report an illegal sign, select this service request
Litter If you notice accident debris, litter, dumped furniture/appliances in the roadway, shoulder or ditch, select this request. If the street is generally dirty, please fill out a request for street sweeping.
Main Break If you see flooding or leaking in the roadway and/or a sinkhole developing and suspect it is a water main break, select this request. If the flooding/sinkhole is directly affecting traffic or property, please call 911.
Manhole Cover/Grate If you notice a loose or missing metal or plastic cover on or off of the roadway, select this request. If a missing cover is directly affecting traffic or pedestrians, please call 911.
Mold in my apartment If you need to report mold, mildew in your apartment select this service request.
No garbage service. If you need to report that there is no garbage service at the address, select this service request.
Ponds If you notice that a pond used to hold drainage runoff is damaged, has debris, or if fenced, has been left open, select this request. Note that many ponds are wet year-round. If you know that the pond is on private property, please select the Private Drainage service request.
Potholes If you notice potholes, sinkholes or other damage in and along a street, including damage to curbs, berms, traffic circles, alleys and shoulders, select this request.
Private Drainage If you notice a problem in a private drainage system such as a business parking lot or private holding pond, or suspect that a business is illegally dumping waste materials, select this service request. For city-owned holding ponds, select Ponds.

Regional Fire Authority Information Request Request for additional information about the Regional Fire Authority and/or Fire Benefits Charge
Sewer Backup/Odors If you smell sewer odors or suspect a sewer backup, select this request. If the sewer backup is directly affecting traffic or property, call 911 immediately.
Sidewalk/Paved Trail If you notice a damage to a paved trail, a damaged sidewalk or raised sidewalk panels due to tree roots,or a damaged ramp, select this request.
Snow/Ice If snow or ice is affecting the roadway, select this request. Note that in a major snow event, sanding trucks will run on pre-defined routes.
Speeding/Traffic Complaints Report speeding/traffic complaints within the city limits of Kent, WA.
Street Markings If you notice faded markings on the roadway, including crosswalks, intersection stop lines, lane markings, or missing reflectors/buttons, select this request.

Traffic Circles If you notice that a traffic circle needs maintenance, select this request.
Traffic Signal (Traffic Light) If you notice a traffic light that is out, or malfunctioning traffic detectors (loops), crosswalk buttons, or pedestrian walk/don't walk signals, select this request. If you see exposed wiring near an intersection, please call Transportation Engineering immediately at 253-856-5100.
Trees If you notice dead, diseased, damaged or otherwise dangerous trees select this request.
Vegetation If there weeds, brush, blackberries, grasses, located on City property or right-of-ways or ditches that need attention, select this request. For playfields, flower pots or other vegetation located in city parks, please use the Parks Maintenance request.
Water leaks in my apartment or rental house. If you need to report water leaks in your apartment or house, select this service request.
Water Service You are a City of Kent Water customer and you notice problems with water pressure, taste,odor, color, clarity, have a leaky and/or inaccurate meter or service line, are missing a meter box lid, or otherwise having problems with your water service, select this request.
